Cách nhận thanh toán

VietSpace Marketplace thực hiện các khoản phí sau:

Sử dụng chức năng có tên Stripe Split Pay, khi khách hàng thanh toán, số tiền họ trả sẽ được phân chia tự động cho nhà cung cấp sau khi trừ các khoản phí.

Ví dụ 1: Khách hàng mua sản phẩm từ một nhà cung cấp. Một phần trăm số tiền mà khách hàng này đã trả cho một sản phẩm đó sẽ được chuyển đến nền tảng dưới dạng hoa hồng và phần trăm còn lại sẽ được chuyển cho nhà cung cấp. Nếu giá của sản phẩm là 100 USD thì 10 USD là phí vận chuyển và 5 USD cho nền tảng và nhà cung cấp sẽ nhận được 85 USD cho sản phẩm của họ.

Khách hàng mua hàng từ các nhà cung cấp khác nhau và tiến hành thanh toán. Stripe Split Pay thực hiện điều tương tự được giải thích ở Ví dụ 1, nhưng với từng nhà cung cấp.

Note: When a store is being created, the Store Setup Wizard will ask you to connect with Stripe to configure your Payment Setup. If the vendor decided to skip that step during that configuration, they can add it in the future by following the steps that will be explained below in the “Steps to follow” section of this guideline.

Lưu ý: Khi một cửa hàng được mở, thiết lập cửa hàng sẽ yêu cầu bạn kết nối với Stripe để Thiết lập thanh toán của bạn. Nếu nhà cung cấp quyết định bỏ qua bước đó khi mở cửa hàng thì họ có thể thêm bước đó trong tương lai bằng cách làm theo các bước được giải thích bên dưới trong phần “Các bước thực hiện” của hướng dẫn này.

Thông tin yêu cầu để cài đặt nhận thanh toán

Để nhận được thanh toán, bạn cần phải thực hiện đầy đủ các bước sau:

1. Bạn sẽ cần cung cấp các thông tin sau:

   • Email
   • Số điện thoại
   • Verification Code sent to your Mobile Number
   • Business Country
   • Type of Business
   • Legal Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Home Address
   • Bank Account Information

2. Your account is connected to the VietSpace Marketplace.

   • You will see a “Connected with Stripe” message once it is linked.

3. Your account has been approved by Stripe. Depending on the type of account you choose (individual or sole proprietorship, company, nonprofit organization), Stripe usually asks for additional documentation and it is recommended to follow the approval process to avoid delays on deposits or failed transactions.

Note 1: It is important to consider that Stripe normally takes between 3 and 5 business days to deposit the money. This is beyond the control of the VietSpace Marketplace; we do not handle money from vendors, Stripe is the one who receives and distributes it. To avoid further delays, it is recommended to make sure that the bank accounts are well configured in Stripe.

Các bước hường dẫn

In order to receive payments, you need to connect Stripe to your account on the Marketplace VietSpace.

First, you need to login to your dashboard using this link:

On your dashboard, click on the “Settings” option located at the left:

It will redirect you to the “Store Settings” page, and you have to click on the “Payment” option on the menu below:

You will see the following screen and need to click on the “Connect with Stripe” button:

It will redirect you to a Stripe form where you’ll need to fill out information to be able to receive payments. Fill your email and mobile number and click on the “Continue” button:

You will get a verification code to the mobile number you added, and you need to enter it below:

It will take you to a page where you have to fill out information about your business, such as country and type of business. Click on the “Continue” button once you’re done:

You will need to verify your personal details, like legal name, date of birth and home address. After you’ve filled out that fields, click on the “Continue” button:

Then, you have to add your bank account information and click on the “Save” button once you’re done. See the required fields below:

You will see an overview of your shared information. Review that everything is filled out correctly and click on the “Agree & submit” button:

Stripe will ask you if you are sure that you want to connect with VietSpace Marketplace, since it will have access to process transactions using your account. You must accept the connection and will be redirected to the “Payment” page you were before, where you’ll see a “You are connected with Stripe” message.
